Thank you for your purchase from Galactic Gadgets. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process. We are committed to delivering top notch customer service and taking all reasonable steps to resolve all inquiries!
Policy Details
You can return your item 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any item from Galactic Gadgets may be returned.
All returns must be approved via email communication with sales@galacticgadgets.co
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Returns that arrive without an approved RMA will NOT be refunded.
Shipping Fees
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Exceptions:
Galactic Gadgets will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective, or if Customer did not order item, or if incorrect item was delivered. In order to qualify for free return shipping, Customer will need to provide at least 1(one) photo to galacticgadgets.co showing the issue, damage, or missing/incorrect item.
If Galactic Gadgets agrees to pay shipping for the return, a prepaid label will be emailed to you as a PDF and will need to be printed and affixed to return package by the buyer.
Restocking Fees
Galactic Gadgets does not charge restocking fees.
Process Details
To return your purchase from Galactic Gadgets:
Contact sales@galacticgadgets.co and request a RMA for the item.
Place the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase and RMA form.
Securely seal the package and affix the shipping label.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Galactic Gadgets will process your return. Please allow at least 1 to 2 weeks to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
